THT Group adheres to the principle of "achieving customers and win-win cooperation", with the concept of "optimized product solutions, high-quality products, and thoughtful services", and solemnly promises:

1、 THT heat exchange products are equipped with user manuals to guide users in their correct use.

2、 Each type of THT plate is subjected to performance testing at the National Heat Exchanger Testing Center to verify the accuracy of the design. THT guarantees that all products leaving the factory are produced and inspected according to relevant national standards, and unqualified products will never leave the factory.

3、 After the THT product arrives on site, timely handover and acceptance work shall be carried out, and necessary vulnerable parts shall be provided free of charge during the warranty period. After the product runs, THT will track and record the usage of the supplied product, train on-site personnel on the operation and maintenance methods of the product, and solve any problems that may arise during equipment operation at any time.

4、 THT received feedback from users regarding quality issues and proposed a solution within 4 hours. If on-site solutions are needed, ensure that professional service personnel are dispatched to arrive at the site within 48 hours at the latest in China, and ensure that service personnel do not evacuate until quality issues are resolved. THT will archive in detail the product quality issues and handling results reported by each user.

5、 THT implements an on-site service evaluation system and a user follow-up system, regularly conducting product usage follow-up visits to users as a basis for improving product quality.
