THT has a comprehensive after-sales service system and professional service engineers and technicians, who can provide you with services from product installation, debugging, operation and maintenance, repair and cleaning.

1、 Equipment maintenance and repair

After the equipment is running, THT will track its usage, assist on-site personnel in mastering the structure, operating characteristics, and maintenance methods of the equipment, and guide users in equipment cleaning;

2. Upon receiving feedback from users regarding quality issues, THT guarantees to provide solutions within 4 hours; If on-site handling is required, ensure that professional service personnel are dispatched to the site within 48 hours.

3. THT implements an on-site service evaluation system and a regular product usage follow-up system to promote the improvement of service quality and product quality.

4. THT reserves large quantities of vulnerable parts every year to ensure that users can provide spare parts as soon as possible in case of emergencies.

5. When the sold product needs to be updated and replaced, if it affects the main structural components, THT will notify the customer half a year in advance to prepare spare parts.

During the warranty period of the equipment, THT provides necessary vulnerable parts for free, and provides paid services outside the warranty period.

2、 Proactive Services

1. THT regularly sends professional personnel to visit users, understand the operating conditions of the user's heat exchange system, understand the usage of the equipment, and solicit their needs and opinions;

2. In response to the problems and expectations that arise during user use, the THT R&D department improves and develops the product to better meet user needs;

3. If there are quality issues with the product due to operating conditions, THT will promptly assist users in developing maintenance plans and improvement measures;

4. THT provides guidance and correction for user errors during the after-sales service process;

During the follow-up process, THT technical service personnel can provide training on the structure, maintenance, and cleaning of user operators based on user needs;

6. THT timely reminds users of the preparation and replacement of spare parts based on the operating time of the equipment to avoid affecting system operation.

3、 Customer satisfaction survey

THT conducts regular customer satisfaction surveys twice a year to understand whether THT products can meet customers' current and future needs and expectations. Based on the survey results, relevant improvement measures are formulated to improve product quality and service, continuously enhancing customer satisfaction. Based on the returned questionnaire, conduct a satisfaction analysis to provide a basis for THT product improvement and quality improvement.
